In the sessions, the process supports the daily connection with Being and the intelligence of your own healing process and unfolding of awareness.

The facilitator facilitates with presence, supporting the process of coming back to a more balanced and stabilized nervous system. THis done by hanging out with the resources the nervoussystem all by itself shows in the moment. As we work with the “window of tolerance” the work is trauma-sensitive. Change happens when we reconnect with a state of deep balance (homeostasis) which has a soothing, reconnecting, healing, thriving and balancing effect on the nervous system.

The method reconnects and resonates with the Wholeness.
It is a body oriented guided session. And it supports the natural developement of the attention, sesory system and reconnection with the body, mind and Soul. There is no physical touch, it is your own awareness touching itself and giving your own truth and  Being feedback.

And what you give attention to will enhance and grow neurologically.
