Direct experience

In the sessions, the method supports the daily connection with Being and the intelligence of your own healing process and unfolding of awareness.

The facilitator facilitates with presence, supporting the process of coming back to a more balanced and stabilized nervous system. As we work with the “window of tolerance” the work is trauma-sensitive. Change happens when we reconnect with a state of deep balance (homeostasis) which has a soothing, healing and balancing effect on the nervous system.

The method reconnects and resonates with the Wholeness.
It is a body oriented guided session. There is no physical touch, it is your own awareness touching itself and giving your own truth and being feedback.

And what you give attention to will enhance and grow neurologically.
